Privacy Policy

Well, I’m pretty sure we’ve all heard about the GDPR by now and the affect it has had on the rights of users to have control over their information.

On the whole, I think it’s a good thing because I’m like you – I don’t want my details being given to anyone without my consent.

Though for the non-techy, average girl like me…it has proven to be a bit of a thorn in the flesh!

So, please bear with me as I detail below some of the ways I am working to protect your privacy and the policies we hold here in the ministry.

Before I go there, let me say that we take privacy and consent very seriously.  We also take every precaution to keep personal information confidential and to follow all the legal requirements of having access to such details.

We will not share or sell your personal information to any outside party.

This Privacy Policy applies only to this Website and does not apply to any third-party websites (e.g. if you connect to here through Facebook) linked to this website.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the contents of any third-party linked website.

Finally, we collect information that users provide by signing up for newsletters or free resources on the website, providing comments or other feedback, and providing information when ordering a product(s) via the website.  You can read more about how we handle your information below.

We use information you provide to us to provide the service and/or deliver the requested product, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

If I'm honest, I don't fully understand why they have called something technical a cookie but ... they didn't ask me!

So, we have these cookies enabled on my website which allows me to serve you better by gaining some understanding of you – such as where you are from, what type of device you are using and which pages you are visiting, among other things.

We may also use Automatic Data Collection (Google Analytics) to help give us a better idea of who is using the website and how - included in that would be your IP address, how often you visit, from which country, and other patterns or detailed information.

The information we collect for statistical information will not contain any personal data and is completely anonymous, used only for data collection.

A pop-up on this site gives you an opportunity to agree to these cookies being used, but this is not required and you  can easily click the 'x' to opt-out of this.

If you are like me and not up-to-date on this particular type of cookie, then you can learn more about cookies at this website.

Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns with this.

This website may contain links to other sites which are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that website.  Our advice is to read the Privacy Policy of the other sites, especially if you have any concerns over your data and how it is being used.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We aim to send out inspirational news, video teachings and blogs on a regular basis – at the very least a few times a month.  I have always given the opportunity to unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter and will continue to do so, though I sincerely hope not to lose you.

(If you do choose to unsubscribe I would genuinely love to know why and if there is a way I could have served you better.)

The information we have gathered to keep you informed includes your name and email address, which is linked to Kajabi.

We never give your details to anyone else so your information is safe with us here.

We have always had consent before adding anyone to the mailing list and if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter list you can do so at the bottom.

We use the Order Information that we collect through Jen Baker Ministries (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with order confirmations) strictly to fulfill any orders placed.

We use information you provide to us to provide the service and/or deliver the requested product, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

Within the ministry this information is used by Jen Baker and her administrative team only; outside this is used by the Royal Mail or US Postal services when shipping items.

If an order is required to be sent from our distributors, then only your name and address will be given to them and no financial or credit card information will be shared.

We use both PayPal and Stripe for payment processing.

You can read PayPal's Privacy Policy here and Stripe's Privacy Policy here

We will use Google Analytics in the future to better understand how our website is being used and how better to serve you.  You can opt-out of Google Analytics here.

We store Order Data indefinitely for the purposes of refunding, resending, and researching your requests. You may request that we delete this information at any time.

Personal Information used to send you inspirational newsletters or teachings is retained until your consent for these emails is withdrawn either explicitly or by way of bounced emails. You can opt-out at any time by unsubscribing at the bottom of the communication.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information (e.g. email address) that we hold at any time.

You can do the following by replying to the newsletter email directly or via email here

We love to hear from you!  But please know that if you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. Also, please note that this is not classed as a secure form of communication and therefore no payment or credit card details should be sent over email.  Any communication over email continuing any private information is done at your own risk.

But be assured, we are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties.

We also will always give you opportunity to unsubscribe from any mailing or email list which is sent to you if you wish to stop receiving correspondence from us.  This is always found at the bottom of the correspondence.

We want to serve you the best we can with the resources available to us.  Therefore we may, in the future, begin doing webinars, seminars, 'Coffee with Jen' mentoring sessions, live events and other forms of communication in order to teach and help resource you in your spiritual walk.

By opting-in to any of these resources you will automatically be added to our newsletter list, which sends out inspirational updates, vlogs and blogs on a regular basis - at least a few times per month.
